Campaign privacy information
Here is how the dentsu 125 campaign currently uses the information you share.
Campaign-specific terms are awaiting legal approval.
Your name and email
We collect your name and email when you submit a question. Your registration name and email are stored encrypted. A separate public copy of your name is stored with your question for attribution.
Your company (optional)
You may leave the Company field blank. If you provide a company name, we store it with your profile and keep a private copy with each question at the time of submission. Company names alone may be suggested to other visitors filling in the Company field, without associating those suggestions with your name or email.
What becomes public
With your agreement, a published question and your public name can appear in the campaign, including World and 125 Questions. Your email is not displayed. Published questions keep your original wording.
Moderation and AI
Questions are moderated before publication. Azure AI analyses question text to identify related topics, group similar questions and classify concerned, excited or mixed outlooks. An outlook you explicitly choose is used in preference to an AI classification. Your registration name and email are not sent to AI.
Ask Dot
Typed requests are sent to Azure AI to find questions and generate spoken answers. Microphone audio is sent only after you explicitly activate the microphone. Live microphone transcription can use Azure Global processing, including outside the European Union. This website does not store recordings or conversation transcripts. A temporary security cookie lasts 30 minutes. Azure’s handling of this information is governed by its service terms.
Cookies and analytics
An essential participant cookie keeps your submission session available for up to 30 days. Preference cookies remember your language and privacy choices. When analytics is enabled, it helps us understand campaign use; names, email addresses and question text are excluded.
Your choices
Agreement to publish your name and question is separate from the optional choice to receive marketing communications. You can contact dentsu to withdraw consent, stop marketing or ask about access, correction and deletion of your information.
Retention and campaign terms
Campaign-specific retention periods and terms are being finalised. Contact dentsu for details.
